Happy Holidays! It has been a very busy year for all of us at Innovative. We are actively searching for new members to join our team. We are looking for potential team members with experience and newly graduated applicants to fill positions in field surveying, project management, professional engineer, and engineer in training (EIT), surveying CAD technicians, and site design CAD technicians. 2022 was an interesting year for us. It started rather slow and not very promising. However, by the time June rolled in our work scheduled started to overflow! In general, we increased our contracts by approximately 8 percent for engineering design and 9 percent for surveying. Our subdivision client project list keeps growing every week. AMH4 projects in Noblesville, Greenfield, McCordsville and Avon are moving forward. Estridge Homes in Westfield are beginning a new phase of design. Ryan Homes has released contracts for additional sites. Our commercial projects are also starting to pick-up but at a slower pace. All of us at Innovative are looking forward to an even more exciting 2023. Wishing everyone, Happy Holidays!
