West Wynne Farms Innovative Engineering & Consulting, Inc., along with the developer, Site Solutions Inc. received zoning approval to amend a 225 acre site within the Town of Brownsburg for a Planned Unit Development. The overall plan includes the extension of the Northfield Drive around the south side of town connecting to South Green Street former State Road 267. With the new infrastructure plans are underway for multi-use projects including: commercial, retail, apartments, senior housing and single family residential. We are working diligently with the Town of Brownsburg to design as much “BUILDING GREEN” concept into the development especially into the storm water control drainage plan. Harvest Bible Chapel IECI was the lead consultant and then partnered with T&W Church Builders on behalf of Harvest Bible Chapel Indy West. Construction is near completion and finishes are being installed on a new place of worship at Gable Crossing in Avon, Indiana. The new facility will ultimately have approximately 40,000 square feet of worship and fellowship space. Along with the proposed structure space has been designated as outdoor sports fields and space for a future building. The first phase of development consists of worship area and fellowship space in the main building. The remaining space will be built out sometime in the future as the needs of the congregation grow. Also in the future will be the construction of the sports fields and possibly a multi use building. Harvest Bible Chapel Indy West looks forward to having a permanent home in the Avon community and expects to occupy the new facility in January of next year. MI Homes Maple Grove Single Family The second phase of construction is underway in the Town of Whitestown Section II of single- family lots. The project is a continuation from the infrastructure installed in phase one as the need for more single family sites are in demand in the Whitestown/ Zionsville area. Sierra Gateway Bldg #3 Recently, IECI finished construction plans for another 220,000 sqft. office /flex space to be built in Plainfield. The site located adjacent to the Ronald Reagan Parkway north of Interstate 70 for great access. Construction is started with the hope of completing mass earthwork before inclement weather begins.
