IECI was the lead consultant and then partnered with T&W Church Builders on behalf of Harvest Bible Chapel Indy West. Construction is well underway and underground utilities are already in place on a new place of worship on Block B of Gable Crossing. The new facility will ultimately have approximately 40,000 square feet of worship and fellowship space. Along with the proposed structure space has been designated as outdoor sports fields and space for a future building. The first phase of development will consist of worship area and fellowship space in the main building. The remaining space will be built out sometime in the future as the needs of the congregation grow. Also in the future will be the construction of the sports fields and possibly a multi use building. Harvest Bible Chapel Indy West looks forward to having a permanent home in the Avon community and looks forward to working through the development process with the Town.
