As summer winds down IECI received all of the necessary local and state authorizations for the Courtyards of Zionsville project. The Courtyards will be a 59 home “empty nester” neighborhood adjacent and north of the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Zionsville, IN. Valenti-Held Contractor/Developer is in the process of moving equipment on site to commence site construction. IECI contributions to the Andy Mohr Automotive Group continue to “build up.” While Andy Mohr Volkswagen, an IECI site design project, experienced their “Grand Opening”, the adjacent Andy Mohr Kia has received all governmental permits and exterior walls have been erected. And in two other projects for AMAG, IECI has procured variances from Avon,IN and re-zoning from Plainfield, IN to help advance two other projects.
