IECI is happy to announce that in the past 4 weeks we have submitted rather large projects in Westfield, Whitestown, Zionsville, Ingalls, Danville and Avon. In Westfield, the Davis Property shall now be known as Augusta, an 80 acre site which will be home to a single-family subdivision comprised of 120 lots.  As this project has been in the proposal stage  for over a year, we are excited to have officially begun its design. In Whitestown, plans for Timpte Trailer are progressing, with the client’s property being located at our very own Whitestown Crossing. As spring officially comes underway, so have many of IECI’s projects. We are happy to report we have successfully submitted the Faith Baptist Church plans to the Town of Danville. Upon completion, this church will contain 1,355 seats in its sanctuary, over a 25 acre lot with a campus-like feel to it. Have you noticed that more construction has begun adjacent to the Interstate at the SR 267 Exit? Structural steel is being erected on our very own Whitestown Crossing Lot 5. This will be a 21,323 sq. ft. building with high visibility from I-65, which will be the future location to Walter Payton Power Equipment, LLC. Additionally, we have projects in Avon, Brownsburg, Danville, Ingalls, Plainfield, Whitestown, Westfield and Zionsville. IECI has had a successful month in receiving signed contracts! We are excited to announce that we will be working once again with Harvest Bible Chapel in Avon as their facility continues to grow. Also, we have been awarded a complete new ground up design for Faith Baptist Church in Danville. In addition to these new projects we are working on, three other projects in Zionsville and recently awarded several new Automotive Dealerships and Truck Centers within Indiana. Two of these locations are in towns which IECI has not worked in before, and we are excited to be growing our presence in the surrounding areas. Looking forward, we have potential projects located in Plainfield, Zionsville, Whitestown, and Noblesville.      

The name of the game for IECI is a Spring of Proposals! IECI has received numerous requests from clients both new and old for us to submit project proposals, totaling in a prospect of 20 new jobs so far this year. We are excited to announce that we are confirmed to be working in Ingalls, Noblesville, Zionsville, Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield and Whitestown in the upcoming year, with the possibilities of Danville, Lebanon, Indianapolis, Portage, and Michigan City to be added to the list. IECI is looking forward to future jobs coming up this summer as we continue to grow and improve.  

Work has been steady at IECI with exciting opportunities and even some fun has been had while working on the various job sites. As relationships in the surrounding communities continue to grow, we are happy to share that this past month IECI has submitted multiple jobs to the Town of Whitestown, platted multiple sites for Zionsville, and taken on numerous projects in the Brownsburg subdivision of West Wynne Farms. Prospects continue to look high as we head into the end of the year with job opportunities opening up in Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Lebanon, Whitestown, and even Noblesville.  

IECI is excited to share that November has been an extremely eventful month in the way of projects. We are happy to say we will be submitting a strong project to the Town of Whitestown. Immediately following this deadline will be two more projects filed right before the holidays, in both Whitestown and Brownsburg, setting up IEC for a strong finish to the 2017 year. IECI is looking forward to many smaller jobs that are presenting themselves for the near future. IECI will most likely be working not only in Whitestown and Brownsburg, but possibly Avon, Plainfield, Lebanon and Greenwood as well. Under Construction is the name of the game for Innovative Engineering this month as we have 5 projects heading in and out of this phase! In Avon, the Harvest Parking Lot Expansion is now complete with a very pleased client who has future projects in mind for IECI to be involved in. Down the street from this site is the Andy Mohr Nissan Expansion, which is now under construction. To continue the theme closer to home, the Perry Industrial Park Lots 5 and 6 are also under construction, while in Westfield the Lancashire Project has entered into the construction planning phase. Exciting times are ahead for IECI!  

Plans are underway in the IECI department. The Nissan Expansion project has begun construction in the Town of Avon, as well as the Harvest Parking lot Expansion. Dirt is moving and all is going according to plan. Meanwhile, the designs for the City of Westfield are nearing completion. Lancashire at Oak manor has achieved zoning approval, and approvals for Harmony 5 are well underway. Closer to home, the Town of Whitestown is upon completion for resolving the parking shortage at Watermark. At Whitestown Crossing prospects continue to soar as interested parties come in for our lot. Deals have been struck and a signing of contracts is on the horizon. In looking towards the future, IECI has bidding projects submitted for Plainfield and Brownsburg. IECI is excited to announce that the Harmony Section 5 project has taken off and is ready for submittal to the City of Westfield. There has been a considerable amount of work to get the project to this point, and we look forward to the continuing development sections of Harmony, which will be provided in the future. We are also proud to announce that Perry Industrial Park III, Section 2 Lot 6B has been submitted. We are looking forward to the opportunities this job will bring as its work towards completion continues. Looking forward, we have several prospective jobs coming our way for the fall.

IECI is excited at the opportunities presented at Whitestown Crossing. Preliminary designs have begun with many interested parties vying for a spot at the property. and we are seeing a great opportunity for growth and development to the area. IECI is also proud to announce the addition of a project just a few miles southeast. IECI has been taken on to resolve an issue for Watermark Apartments. In addition, the Lancashire project in Westfield continues to grow in progress towards construction, as well as the addition of the Harmony Central Park project. IECI has begun preliminary concept plans for the site and will be continuing the project into its completion.
